The process of chocolate
First cocoa pods are first gotten from cocoa trees
After that 2 cocoa beans are in the pod so they take them out then the beans are sorted
They leave the beans outside in the sun to evaporate the the liquid inside the beans
Then they put in machine then crush the beans and separating the shell then ground beans and put in another machine
After that they heat the chocolate add sugar and mix it together
They temper the chocolate to make it smooth and glossy then add cocoa butter
Best part is when they put in mold to shape or form then wrap it up then ship it out all around the world to eat and enjoy
Facts did you know 1600-2000 chocolate made a day. Each tree produces approximately 2500 beans. It takes 400 cocoa beans to make one pound of chocolate.
